Spotted this great white egret while dinning at the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge. From what I understand He flew in there alone and has not left yet, which is an uncommon area of habitat for the Egret. If one sees him at the refuge center it is a special treat as he is the only one there and the Refuge area is huge.

Sweet. We had a lost egret up here in Montana last year. He tried to commune with the migrating swans. He didn't stay very long.
